Iceland is a company that's really going places. The figures speak for themselves - such as four years of growth in a row. Last year our profits were up 19%, making us a tidy £135.4m and helping us create over 2,500 new jobs. We also opened 70 new stores - and there are more on the way this year too.

But there's much more to us than just knowing how to make a profit. Currently ranked 6th in 'The Sunday Times Best Big Companies to Work For', much as we all work very hard, we try not to make it feel like hard work! After all, if you don't enjoy what you do, how can our customers enjoy shopping with us?
